Paste any county or city ArcGIS parcel layer URL. Leave blank to search automatically.
Tip: at street zoom, click any parcel on the map for its details. Capacity uses utility hosting capacity maps (MD, DC, DE, south NJ, MA, NY, downstate IL); elsewhere leave it blank. Zoning comes from the parcel record, Maryland's statewide zoning layer, or a county or town zoning layer found online.
Statewide parcel data loads for 32 states (NY, NJ, CT, MA, MD, VT, NH, ME, RI, DE, VA, WV, NC, OH, IN, WI, MN, IA, NE, ND, MT, WY, CO, UT, ID, NV, CA, WA, AR, MS, FL, TX), plus about 100 hand-checked counties. Everywhere else the map searches ArcGIS Online for the county's own parcel layer and remembers it. If none is public, outlines still show at street zoom.

Layers

Flood zones draw at street zoom (13+). Substations are inferred from where HIFLD lines meet, so treat locations as approximate.

BESS screening layers

Hosting capacity draws at zoom 12+ where the utility publishes it: BGE, Pepco, Delmarva, Atlantic City Electric, Con Edison, National Grid (MA and NY), and Ameren Illinois (third-party compilation). ComEd and Eversource require their own portals; links show in pin popups. Zoning, wetlands and protected land draw at zoom 13+.
